HELLO
This is a little bit about me in short blurbs, typed in sans serif font.

Professional Career
My career journey has been a dynamic blend of creativity, leadership, and growth— both in projects and in people. I’ve found deep satisfaction in developing innovative solutions that not only drive business success but also contribute to the personal and professional growth of the teams I lead.
My career began in my late teens to early twenties as a retail store merchandiser, which sparked my passion for fashion and design. This passion led me to open a women’s clothing company in 2005, where I honed my entrepreneurial skills. Simultaneously, I decided to pursue a career in marketing and events. With my experience working with bands and managing events, I was hired as the marketing director of an alt-weekly publication.
After my tenure at the publication, I joined a motley crew of innovative thinkers at a creative think tank agency establishing nationally recognized branding activations for Fortune 500 companies.
For the past 15 years, I’ve transitioned into the tech industry, initially as a PMP certified project manager focused on developing business processes and enterprise systems. Over time, I evolved into the role of Chief Operations Officer, overseeing company-wide initiatives including operations, marketing, human resources, and business development. In this capacity, I’ve focused not only on driving company success but also on empowering teams and fostering an environment of growth and creativity.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a wide range of creative projects—from producing food and wine festivals to creating white label apparel lines and conceptualizing apps for football teams and Hollywood screenwriters. This diverse experience has sharpened my ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where my project management, creative, and analytical skills can make a direct impact.
I thrive in challenging, fast paced environments where my project management, creativity, and analytical skills can directly affect how products and services are communicated and generated.

PERSONAL INTEREST
COMMUNITY
As a creative thinker and learner, I am an avid supporter of the STEM curriculum with the integration of Art, or STEAM.
I believe our community stewardship emanates from educating our young people in engineering, science, and technology; and art is a successful vehicle in aiding the understanding of the STEM curriculum and encourages innovation. Our future success and our technological advantage as a nation, depends on a constant supply of highly educated, highly capable technical talent.

Travel
“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime.”
Mark Twain
